We are seeking an experienced and motivated Anaesthetic Practitioner to fill the position of Operational Management of Anaesthetic Services at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As an Operational Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of anaesthetic services across the trust.

Your responsibilities will include operational management of designated theatres, including budgetary awareness, clinical governance, and staff development and training on Anaesthetic. You will work closely with the Clinical Theatre Manager to ensure smooth operation of the theatres and delivery of high-quality patient care. Additionally, you will develop and implement policies and procedures to improve theatre efficiency and quality of care.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in Anaesthetic nursing or ODP, with extensive experience as Band 6 and knowledge of Anaesthetic procedures. You will possess high-level organisational skills, teaching and facilitation skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Words, and Excel. A Master's degree in a relevant field is also required.
