About the Role

As a Senior Anaesthetic Manager at MediTalent Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a team of anaesthetic professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves overseeing the anaesthetic department and ensuring that all clinical standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an anaesthetic role and possess strong leadership skills. You will be expected to manage resources effectively, ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and adhere to the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) or HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) Code of Professional Conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Department Management: Oversee the anaesthetic department and theatre portering service.
  • Patient Care: Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality pre, peri, and post-operative care.
  • Clinical Standards and Team Collaboration: Ensure that nursing care adheres to high clinical standards.
  • Professional Accountability: Adhere to the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) or HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) Code of Professional Conduct.
About the Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive private medical and dental insurance. You will also have access to lifestyle and wellness benefits, a pension scheme with 3% employer contributions, cycle to work and season ticket loan schemes, and 26 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 31 days + bank holidays.
