About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with our NPD Manager and Global Head of Brand to develop and execute global marketing plans, ensuring that our brand values and proposition are protected and optimized.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with external agencies to develop brand assets and marketing materials
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and distributors
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure effective marketing execution
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on marketing performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A business-related degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in marketing or a related field, ideally within the beauty/cosmetics industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
