Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Global Sales and Marketing Manager Outdoor Specialist to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable market share growth through sales, go-to-market (GTM), and marketing initiatives within the outdoor account.

    The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the outdoor specialist marketplace and will be able to develop and execute an optimal go-to-market plan that drives category business and brand success. You will act as the category expert and key category contact for the account, delivering service and helping build and execute the brand strategy from a brand activations perspective to drive business growth and brand heat for adidas Terrex and adidas.

    Key responsibilities will include ensuring best-in-class omnichannel delivery to consumers and stores, implementing demand management processes, understanding product, customer, and consumer needs across all channels, maintaining regular analytics on sell-through performance, and executing seasonal account marketing calendars to ensure adidas wins at the point of purchase by category.

    You will also deliver and adapt brand toolkits across all channels, create bespoke tools where relevant, measure the effectiveness of account activation plans, and represent the brand activation point of view both internally and externally.

    In addition, you will strategically support and input into Global and European BU on account ranging needs and forecasting topics, align with account and local CTC on account specific feedback, and contribute to IBP category process and allocation/MRA process.

    As a manager-level professional with advanced cross-functional marketing knowledge and market experience in sport and/or outdoor, you will possess a business and commercial mindset with very good numerical and analytical skills, along with experience managing multiple projects on cross-functional levels and flexibility to travel.
