**Job Title:** Reception and Payroll Officer
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Reception and Payroll Officer to join our team at First Choice Selection Services in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including reception and call handling duties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the reception area and handle phone calls and emails
- Distribute calls and ensure timely responses to visitors and clients
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll Team, including data entry and preparation of payroll information
- Copy and post invoices, as well as maintain accurate records
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum
- 30 days annual leave
- An immediate start is available for the right candidate
