We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to join our production team in Eastbourne. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role:
As our Manufacturing Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your efforts will contribute to a world-class manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
- Collaborate with production coaches to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and rework.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging lean manufacturing techniques and six sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, scheduling and completing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to suggest ideas and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.

- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing techniques and six sigma methodologies.
