Job Title: Experienced Early Childhood Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Reception Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a passionate advocate for early years education, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that inspire a love of learning and support the development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, where every child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to promote the development of key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets to ensure that all children achieve their best.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to deliver a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and offering guidance on how they can support learning at home.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, participating in events, activities, and professional development opportunities.


Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in EYFS.
  • A nurturing and patient approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with young children.
  • Creative and engaging teaching methods that support children's curiosity, exploration, and confidence.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.


Salary: £165-£275 per day, dependent upon experience and pay scale.
