This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team at Calibre8 Recruitment Ltd as a Clinical Training Specialist - Orthopaedics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and support to surgical staff in the correct clinical use of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent initial and ongoing training to a range of surgical staff, from head of department to newly graduated ODPs.
- Train people on large joint orthopaedic implants, serving as the clinical subject expert for our company across your territory.
- Cover the lower Northwest area, primarily Manchester and Liverpool, with some areas further out, across the NHS and Private sector.
- Attend surgical procedures as requested by customers or the Area Sales Manager.
- Continuously promote our products and build positive business relations with current and potential clients.
- Liaise with a diverse group of people across the NHS and Private hospital settings, as well as at Trade Shows and Events.
Requirements:
- Experience as an ODP, Physiotherapist, Theatre Nurse, Surgical Assistant, Osteopath, Scrub Nurse, Theatre Assistant, or similar role is essential.
- A passion for MSK and especially orthopaedic joint replacement.
- Highly motivated and able to be flexible with changeable days.
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential for anyone applying.
