Training and Education Specialist

Dermapure Clinical is seeking an experienced Training and Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our staff and customers, showcasing the exceptional skincare treatments and products we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to staff and customers, focusing on product knowledge, treatment techniques, and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring compliance with our protocols and guidelines.
- Present training sessions, sales classes, and consultations, both in-person and online, to various levels of organizations.
- Record engaging training videos, deliver live streams, and present at events, showcasing our products and services.
- Develop teaching aids, such as training handbooks, demonstration models, and multimedia visual aids, to support our training programs.
- Test trainees and sales coaches to measure progress and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.
- Maintain staff training personnel records and set up customer-based record management systems.
- Adopt our Philosophy of Care, focusing on exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Develop and build new material for new classes and staff induction, working closely with our marketing department.
- Ensure all products are compliant with our suppliers and work with our brands to register new products or update existing ones.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and passionate about skincare education.
- Ability to work in a team or independently, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
- Trustworthy and conscientious, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences of various sizes and levels.
- Ability to travel to regional locations to provide training and support to our customers.
