Experienced Primary SEN Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Primary SEN Teacher to join our team at Remedy Education. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students with special educational needs. Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to the unique learning needs of students with SEN.
- Creating a positive and structured classroom environment, using effective behaviour management strategies to encourage respect and learning.
- Regularly assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience in a UK primary school setting, particularly with SEN.
- Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year, or be willing to complete training provided by the employer.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to accredited continuing professional development courses, including safeguarding and behaviour management training.
