Primary SEN Teacher Specialist

The successful candidate will be a qualified and passionate Primary SEN Teacher, responsible for providing engaging and tailored teaching to meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs. This role requires strong classroom management skills and the ability to develop and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique learning needs of students with SEN.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and structured classroom environment, using effective behaviour management strategies to encourage respect and learning.
- Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers, support staff, and school leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning for all students.

Hours: 8.30am - 4pm
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Experience, Training, and Qualifications:
Qualifications: Teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience: Previous experience in a UK primary school setting, particularly with SEN, is required.
Training: Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year is desirable; some training will be provided.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for this role through Remedy Education, candidates must:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional references related to childcare or education.
