Job Title: Infrastructure Programme Lead

Aldwych Consulting is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Programme Lead to lead our project control initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on time, cost, and quality targets. You will be responsible for managing the evaluation of project targets, coordinating communication and monitoring of project governance controls, and ensuring the successful delivery of client programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve programme targets.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Project Controls to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Provide expert guidance and technical advice to resolve project-related challenges.
  • Oversee the correlation of schedule, cost, quality, and risk to optimize project delivery.
  • Coordinate and communicate project reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.
  • Lead business reporting and provide regular project progress updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective governance processes are in place and aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management or project controls within large, complex infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of major infrastructure or power and distribution projects under NEC Forms of Contract.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience in a large-scale project environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

The estimated salary for this role is £95,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
