We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in London. As a leader in the industry, you will have significant experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including contract management, financial management and project controls, health, safety, quality and environmental management.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, capable of developing teams and leading others in challenging environments or in ambiguity. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are also essential, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong problem solving, analytical and numerical skills with an ability to quickly understand complex problems and shape these into workable solutions for delivery. A drive and commitment to achieving solutions is also crucial, including the ability to work under pressure and motivate others.

This role involves managing several work streams simultaneously and communicating effectively with senior client representatives. The ability to lead, manage and develop project teams on large projects or programmes is also essential.

A creative, curious and growth mindset is required to succeed in this role. Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts, managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects, consultancy or client-side project management is beneficial.

In terms of qualifications, a degree or HND qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience is required. Professional affiliation, qualification or near qualified status with the APM, ICE, ITP, or similar professional institution is also necessary.
