Job Description
In this exciting role as an Administrative Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team at Guidant Global. As an important member of the Cyber Innovation team, you will assist the Head of Cyber Innovation in various administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the department.

Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence, documents, records, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Workspace and other software.
- Design and implement coordination and management systems to track team information and enable reporting.
- Collect and maintain team information such as staff activities, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and project status.
- Generate periodic reports, including budget, KPIs, and management topics.
- Source and procure team consumable supplies, manage purchasing, collection, shipping, and spend.
- Liaise with other departments on operational and collaborative topics on behalf of the Head of Cyber Innovation.
- Provide valuable assistance to the Head of Cyber Innovation, coordinate diaries and appointments, arrange meetings, schedule people, and book rooms/facilities.
- Plan and organize travel, logistics, and training courses for all team members.
- Arrange both in-house and external events.

Requirements and Skills
- 2+ years of administrative or assistant experience in a similar field.
- Solid knowledge of office management and systems procedures, including proficiency in Google Workspace and other software tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- A high level of professionalism, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
