We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Estates Department at Cardinal Newman College. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic and operational delivery across our college estate and Lancaster University School of Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage robust information and stakeholder communication on behalf of the Estates Department
  • Support the efficient management of capital projects, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance across college and LUSoM, working with external advisers as needed
  • Implement Department for Education (DfE) GEMS guidance to manage the college site effectively
  • Lead on and/or support estates projects, providing support for the Lancaster University School of Mathematics
  • Oversee energy management, financial spend, and reporting on trends to ensure the estate is efficiently run
  • Prepare documentation and reports, ensuring information is robust, accurate, and well-presented
  • Support the development of property and estates strategies
Requirements
