We are looking for a dedicated Learning Environment Facilitator to support our teaching staff at beBee Professionals in Cambridge. This role comes with a salary range of $48,000 - $60,000 per year and presents an exciting opportunity to shape the educational experience of our students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to design and implement effective lesson plans, taking into account the diverse needs of our students.
  • Offer one-on-one support to students, helping them to grasp complex concepts and achieve academic success.
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring minimal disruptions and optimal learning conditions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in education or a related field; a higher qualification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational setting, showcasing ability to work collaboratively with students and staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, a genuine enthusiasm for education, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
