About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Professional to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the cleaning rota and ensure all areas of the care home are maintained to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, their families, and visitors.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
