About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at HC-One. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our care homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the cleaning schedule and ensure all areas of the care home are clean and tidy
  • Conduct regular cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting
  • Restock cleaning supplies and maintain a well-organized cleaning cupboard
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and respectful work environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management to ensure their needs are met
