About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Morpeth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism and learning disabilities to live their best lives possible.

Our ideal candidate will have patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. You will work closely with our team to develop person-centered outcomes, focusing on independent living skills and community integration.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, housekeeping, and meals, as well as accompanying individuals on days out and trips to the shops and activities. You will also be part of a core background team on duty 24/7, with overnight shifts and additional 1:1 support.
