You will also be the first point of contact for clients and vendors, and will be responsible for filing, photocopying, and general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the sales database
  • Manage the sales team diary
  • Prepare and coordinate advertising and marketing materials
  • Meet and register clients
  • Prepare documentation for applicants and vendors
  • Filing, photocopying, and general administrative duties
  • Answer the telephones
  • Compliance and Anti Money Laundering checks on all clients
  • Attend relevant training courses
