**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer journeys from start to finish, assisting with daily administrative duties, and overseeing the entire order process for B2B clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft skills as well as CRM/CMS experience, be confident in having client video calls, and have excellent organisation skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Start to end management of customer journey
  • Assist with daily administrative duties
  • Oversee the entire order process for B2B clients ensuring accuracy, order entry, invoices and post order queries

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
