About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Burnley. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans to meet the needs of individuals
  • Conduct care needs assessments and provide recommendations for support
  • Recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care professionals
  • Manage the service's budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role
  • Willingness to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
