We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team at Michael Page Engineering & Manufacturing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
  • Manage the snack and seasoning line from purchasing to production, quality testing, and maintaining exceptional hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of food manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and drive performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
