About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Mental Health Crisis Worker to join our Crisis Team at Missing Link. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and recovery services to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusting relationships with service users and their families, providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to deliver a comprehensive crisis support package.
  • Develop and implement recovery plans, promoting independence and self-management.
  • Provide specialist support to women using the service, addressing specific mental health needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting service user involvement and community engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, complex needs, or multiple needs.
  • Ability to maintain hope and optimism for individuals, with high expectations for recovery.
  • Effective time management, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
  • Current, full driving license and access to an appropriate vehicle.
