About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or soon-to-be qualified RMN to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will work closely with our management team to develop and improve our services, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including conducting nursing assessments and developing individual care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and improve our services, including auditing and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Attend training and engage in continuing professional development (CPD) to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Current valid registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and current nursing practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
