Business Expansion Specialist

Heat Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion efforts. As a Business Expansion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector.

Your RoleYou will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to win new clients and expand our existing client base. You will work closely with senior professionals at top-tier clients, including Mitie, CBRE, HSBC, Tesco, and many more household names.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector
- Develop and execute business development strategies to win new clients and expand our existing client base
- Provide expert advice on Fire Safety services and compliance solutions
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a car package and an uncapped OTE (On Target Earnings) that can exceed £35,000 per year. Our industry-leading rewards package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and supportive work environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
A strong background in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the Facilities Management sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior professionalsProven track record of success in winning new business and expanding existing client relationshipsEstimated Salary: £62,500
