About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Wythenshawe Hospital. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for preparing equipment for surgery and ensuring patient safety.



Main Responsibilities


You will work closely with the surgical team to prepare for procedures, maintain a safe environment, and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.



Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A valid nursing or operating department practitioner qualification
  • Experience working in an acute healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
