**Job Title:** Business Partnering Administrator Part-Time Opportunity

**Location:** Flexible

**Hours:** 22 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm

**Hybrid:** 2 days in the office, 2 days at home

**Salary:** £17,400 to £19,200 (£28-31k FTE)

**Company Overview:

The UK's leading tobacco manufacturer is seeking a Business Partnering Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the Business Partnering, Learning & Development Team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and P&C Director.

**Responsibilities:

  • Assist in arranging core and ad hoc training courses
  • Update the local learning opportunities booklet
  • Maintain and review content on Your Portal
  • Manage POs

**Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office - PowerPoint & Excel to a good standard
  • SAP (HR) and SAP (purchasing) desirable
  • SharePoint desirable

**What You'll Do:

As a Business Partnering Administrator, you will work as part of an agile team and provide administrative support to the Business Partnering, Learning & Development Team, and P&C Director. This will encompass various administrative tasks, along with being involved in, initiating, and driving ad hoc projects within the team.
