Radiology Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Radiographer to join our CT and Interventional Radiology Team at Charing Cross Hospital. This specialized role will offer the opportunity to build and extend on your clinical expertise and also develop your management, training, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- To carry out a full range of CT and IR procedures (both neuro and general) to the agreed standards of the department.
- To evaluate the quality of imaging acquired and determine whether repeat or additional acquisitions are required.
- To undertake intravenous cannulation and intramuscular administration of medicines in line with departmental policy.

Requirements:- BSc(Hons) Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers, or equivalent.
- Health and Care Professions Council Registration.
- College of Radiographers or equivalent accredited IV cannulation course.
- Postgraduate study in a relevant area.
- A solid understanding of radiation legislation and its application in the workplace as it relates to Radiography practice.
- Ability to cope with conflict and complaints at the local level commensurate with Trust policies.
