Business Development Administrator Role

Location: London Bridge Hospital

Job Type: Part Time

Hours: 18.75 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Administrator to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Business Development Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing sales support to our Business Development Managers, enabling them to maximize their time spent engaging with consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Managers, including setting up and managing CWS diaries.
  • Be the key point of contact for all requests relating to CWS setup, amendment, or closure.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for consultants and consultant secretaries on CWS usage and adoption.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new consultants, including coordinating with internal departments.
  • Resolve system issues for consultants on a day-to-day basis.
  • Produce monthly reports on progress, highlighting gaps and future opportunities.
  • Manage and communicate effectively with customers and internal staff, resolving queries and escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales admin/sales support/account management experience within healthcare.
  • Ability to build good relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literate, with hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
