About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Advised Business Analysis Team, focusing on the development of our advised product suite, with a specific emphasis on AJ Bell Custody Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver continuous improvements, new products, and functionality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and other business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in systems and processes.
  • Conduct gap, impact, and risk analysis to optimize customer experience and efficiency.
  • Develop high-quality user stories for developers and testers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong user story writing skills, with the ability to model processes and document requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate business requirements to UX designers, developers, and testers.
  • Experience in facilitating and managing workshops and meetings.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 50% time spent in the office.
