Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Employment Solutions. As a key member of our Fabrication business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Review and verify inspection test plans to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Verify documentation, certifications, and calibration of test equipment to meet company and contractual standards.
- Review and approve lifetime records and final certification packages.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain project documentation flow and ensure quality compliance.
- Conduct audits, issue non-conformance reports, and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain up-to-date SQEP files for personnel and approved suppliers.
- Provide quality-related training and maintain records for personnel and approved suppliers.
- CSWIP 3.1 minimum, with advanced knowledge of modern welding procedures and excellent communication skills.
- PCN Level 2 in NDT discipline - MPI, UT, RI.
- Proven experience in relevant QA/QC position within Manufacturing, Engineering, or Energy sector.
- Circa £30 per hour PAYE
- Circa £40 per hour Umbrella
Working hours: 0800 - 1630, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours.
