We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor, where you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Listen to customer concerns and respond promptly to resolve issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

What We Offer

  • A competitive starting salary of £25,000, with a pay review each year
  • Annual company bonus of up to £1,000 (Applicable from 2023)
  • 25 days leave per year - and another 8 days for bank holidays. Additional days' leave will accrue for continuous service after 5 years, and 10 years taking you up to 30 days. You can also buy another 5 days holiday per year on top of this.
