SEN Learning Mentor

Rikama Education Ltd seeks an exceptional SEN Learning Mentor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who require additional support.
In this role, you will work closely with our experienced SLT team to design and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that students receive the tailored support they need to thrive. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual with a proven track record of working with students who require additional support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEN and the ability to work effectively on a 1:1 basis.
