- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective budgeting.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with families, external professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance care quality and services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in managing residential services for adults with complex needs.
- Well-versed in CQC regulations and standards.
