Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents, tailoring care plans to meet individual needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of care professionals, guiding and developing their skills and knowledge to improve care standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective budgeting.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with families, external professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance care quality and services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in managing residential services for adults with complex needs.
  • Well-versed in CQC regulations and standards.
