The People Pod is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to lead our lettings team in the UK.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a portfolio of properties and leading a small team of negotiators. They will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency.

We estimate that this role can command a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About The Role

In this role, you will manage a stunning portfolio of properties, overseeing all aspects of lettings operations, including marketing, viewings, and tenant management. You will also lead a small team of Lettings Negotiators, guiding them to achieve sales targets and providing coaching and mentoring support.

You will work closely with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional results. This includes exclusive partnerships with luxury developers, offering access to high-end properties and opportunities for growth.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
