Job Summary:
Insight Select is seeking a skilled Account Recovery Specialist to join our team. As an Account Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with customers in arrears to recover missed loan payments and establishing payment plans for those unable to settle their debts immediately.

In this role, you will:
  • Discuss and establish payment plans with customers
  • Coordinate repayment arrangements with debt collection agencies
  • Educate customers on recovery-related costs and process associated charges
  • Maintain accurate records of the debt management process

About You:
We are looking for a professional with previous experience in credit control or a related field who can confidently communicate with customers. Essential skills include:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in debt management or a related field
