Multidisciplinary Pathway Worker/dbt Trainee

The post holder must hold a core profession to become accredited in DBT. You will be trained whilst working within a consult team who deliver a highly specialist therapeutic service to young people and their families who require a DBT Service. There will be expectations to ensure you complete required standards of training, attend all local in-house DBT opportunities and forums, be an integral part of the DBT consult team and see young people and their families / carers for group and individual therapeutic work in the community. The Kent NELFT DBT team is multi-disciplinary and the post holder will be part of it and the clinical team and take on a clinical role within the DBT team and ward MDT whilst being accountable to the matron for KMAH.
