Job Summary
The Night Luggage Porter is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience by providing exceptional luggage handling services during late-night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their comfort.
- Transport luggage from the point of arrival to the front desk and subsequently to guest rooms, handling late-night check-outs and early departures with ease.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing a personalized introduction to hotel amenities and features.
- Safely store and retrieve luggage as needed, maintaining accurate tagging and documentation for easy identification.
- Collaborate with night front desk staff and other night shift personnel to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
About You
We seek a highly skilled and attentive individual with previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment. Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally are essential.
