About the Role

The Night Luggage Porter is a key member of our Guest Services team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests. As a Night Luggage Porter, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late at night, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their luggage is safely transported to their rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests who arrive late at night, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Transport guests' luggage from the point of arrival to the front desk, and subsequently to their rooms.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the room features and hotel amenities as necessary.
  • Safely store and retrieve luggage as needed, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easy identification.
  • Communicate effectively with the night front desk staff and other night shift personnel to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally.
