Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Technician to join our team at Corin Underwriting. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our underwriting team, senior management, and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and relationship-building, adhering to company policies and external regulations.
- Develop and maintain expertise in technical skills, staying up-to-date with market trends and legal/technical changes.
- Contribute to the development of reports and dashboards to monitor performance and facilitate informed business decisions.
