About the Position: We are seeking a dedicated night shift support assistant to join our team and support an individual with a learning disability.

Job Description: The successful candidate will provide personal care assistance during nighttime hours, including support with daily tasks, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting independence.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities is advantageous.
