About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine and Coastal Project Manager to join our team at Ayesa - UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering marine and coastal projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of marine and coastal projects, including infrastructure development, water conveyance and treatment systems, and transportation projects.
  • Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that project designs and deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Financial Control: Manage project budgets and finances, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  • Mentoring and Recruitment: Mentor and recruit junior engineers and project managers to support the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Marine/Coastal Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management of civil infrastructure projects.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated success in delivering projects both technically and financially. Self-motivated, able to manage tasks independently, and a creative problem-solver. Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
