About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Marine and Coastal Infrastructure team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marine and coastal infrastructure sector
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
