The role is expected to:

  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Run effective workshops to gather requirements
  • Write high-quality, clear user stories to drive project delivery
  • Support estimates for resource and time to deliver user stories
  • Work with technical solutions teams to plan and prioritize systems changes and enhancements
  • Become a domain expert for specific products and associated systems
  • Work proactively with business owners and technical solutions leadership to maintain and prioritize product development and backlog
Required Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as economic, supply chain, business management, engineering, or computer science
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
