We are seeking a highly skilled Economic Strategist to join our European Economics team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the macro and political coverage for France and contributing to the analysis and forecasting of macro dynamics for the European economy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the coverage of French macroeconomics and politics.
- Contribute to the analysis and forecasting of macro dynamics in Europe.
- Support the development of the European Economics team's economic data and analysis toolkit and provide thought-provoking and original content.
- Contribute to European Economics team publications and collaborate with other parts of the Deutsche Bank Research group.
- An established Economist with experience covering France and Europe, with experience in financial services and/or the policy sector (government, central bank, think tank).
- Experience analysing European inflation, labour markets and European Central Bank policy would be valuable.
- Fluent in French and English.
- A track record of idea generation leading to economic analysis that provides relevant insights for market participants.
