About The Caring Family Foundation

The Caring Family Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to tackling urgent global challenges, including child hunger, reforestation, and women's empowerment. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Foundation Coordinator to support the smooth running of our daily operations, programs, and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for the foundation's key initiatives, including project planning, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the impact of foundation programs, compiling data for reporting purposes.
  • Act as a liaison between the foundation and partners, grantees, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects and events.
  • Support fundraising efforts by assisting with grant applications, donor outreach, and research on new funding opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of donors, tracking communications and ensuring timely follow-ups and acknowledgments.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development of content for the foundation's social media platforms and website, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
  • Draft newsletters, reports, and other communications to keep stakeholders informed of the foundation's activities and achievements.
  • Help manage the foundation's public image by supporting the creation of marketing materials, press releases, and promotional content.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the foundation, including managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, business administration, social sciences) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative, project coordination, or program support roles, ideally within the charity, non-profit, or social impact sector.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
  • A passion for the foundation's mission and a desire to contribute to social and environmental impact.
