The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Services Team at the Helen Bamber Foundation, a vibrant and multi-disciplinary team. As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for both external and internal queries, welcoming clients and visiting professionals to the Foundation and attending to their needs.

The role involves hosting the busy reception area and friendly waiting room, as well as overseeing the booking of appointments between clients and staff/volunteers across the organisation. You will work closely with the other Client Services Administrator to manage the workload and provide assistance and general facilities support to the Senior Operations and HR Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be exposed to traumatic and distressing material, but will be supported by their line manager and surrounding team. They should also be able to demonstrate knowledge of good self-care principles in an intense work environment and disseminate those principles to other members of the team.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references. They will also be required to give their consent to the Helen Bamber Foundation to receive regular updates on their criminal records status throughout their employment.
