Job Summary
The Senior Portfolio Manager - Property Investments will be responsible for managing relationships with external fund managers and/or direct property companies, extracting and analysing portfolio information to assist with regulatory or other ad-hoc requests, and identifying innovations and opportunities for improvement to Investment processes.

Key Responsibilities
This role requires strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property-related investments and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. An estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
