About the Role:
We require a skilled multi trade operative to carry out various maintenance tasks, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to Carpentry and other specialist trades.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance tasks, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs.
  • Maintaining a high level of work quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
  • Effective communication and coordination of tasks.

Salary Package:

A competitive salary of £38,500 per annum, including a company vehicle for work use only, a van, tools, and equipment.

The opportunity to earn bonuses through our Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime opportunities.

25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays, and a generous pension scheme arrangement.
